Sessions are 90-120 min . Massage fee includes Sauna time. No discounts for non use.

During your session I use a variety of techniques to allow the best relaxation or relief from pain. These techniques include Hot towels, hot packs, hot stones, fascia scrapping, hypervolt, deep tissue, vacuum cupping, stretching, trigger point release and neuromuscular massage.

I do charge extra kinesiology taping.

I also do not expect tips, unless you really want to bless me with one.
